Required move in fees:
• Application Fee: $50.00 per person 18 years of age and older, due at application, non-refundable
• Admin Fee: $100.00 due at move in, non-refundable
• Security Deposit: Starts at $250.00 and increases based on your credit score.
• Holding Fee: $150.00 to hold the apartment, due immediately after application approval to hold the apartment. The fee is applied to the security deposit amount due, non-refundable.

Required monthly fees:
• Resident liability insurance - $14.50, resident can supply their own insurance that meets the property requirement to have the charge removed.
• Pest Control Fee - $2.00, required
• Cable/Internet Fee - $85.00, required
• Utility reimbursement fee – includes water, sewer, and trash - $100.00 required

Optional Fees:
• One-Time Pet Fee – Non-Refundable - $300.00 (not per pet)
• Monthly Pet Fee - $30.00 per pet (2 pets allowed)
